Had a Nice discussion with the doctor : even though I am from a different state I was able to communicate with the doctor smoothly . she understands the problems and history and gives suggestions accordingly

I was suffering from low mood for past 4 years and have been to alot psychiatrists both online and offline. I have been prescribed so many antidepresents. None of these doctors ever explained me about my problems or what steps to take to prevent future any episodes etc. It was only and only Dr Parul mam who listened to my problems patiently without any hurry, explained to me about my problem and also advised lifestyle changes not just prescribed medicines like other doctors do. Mam has been a blessing to me. With gods grace i am much much better now. All my thankx to mam

The best part about mam is that I never felt awkward. I felt so comfortable discussing all my issues freely with mam. After having visited multiple doctors I felt they just write medications but mam has been so supportive in my journey of getting out of depression. I was recommended Dr Parul mam by one of my friends. I've been suffering from ocd for 5 years . I could not step out of my room because of my obsession for cleanliness and spent hours washing hands, taking bath , checking locks.
